Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping within the US is $6.95 for orders up to $90. For orders over $90 we provide FREE SHIPPING. International buyers outside the US may email  info@linencasa.com for price. Your orders will be shipped out, Monday to Friday only, generally using USPS and your order should arrive within 5 – 7 days after shipping depending on your location. We will notify you if an item is out of stock.

An item can be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused and in the original packaging for exchange or refund. Shipping cost for returns to us shall be paid by customer, except if the item arrives defective then LinenCasa assumes shipping cost. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit, so returns should have Signature Upon Delivery. Contact info@linencasa.com for help with returns.
