Refund policy
An item can be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused and in the original packaging for exchange or refund. Shipping cost for returns to us shall be paid by customer, except if the item arrives defective then LinenCasa assumes shipping cost. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit, so returns should have Signature Upon Delivery. Contact info@linencasa.com for help with returns.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@linencasa.com.
